I have had a few people who want to know a little more about my Church.  So here’s the make up of the church.  It was formed by myself and a few of my friends Ken, Lisa and my Mother Connie.

In a nutshell my church is about “you” and no one else.

Church of the Impromptu Agnostics   (CIA)

 Impromptu (loosely meaning “offhand”) improvisation as if prompted by the spirit of the moment.

Agnosticism is the view that the truth value of certain claims—especially claims about the existence or non-existence of any deity, but also other religious and metaphysical claims—is unknown or unknowable.^[1] Agnosticism can be defined in various ways, and is sometimes used to indicate doubt or a skeptical approach to questions. In some senses, agnosticism is a stance about the similarities or differences between belief and knowledge, rather than about any specific claim or belief.

Founding Principles of the CIA

1)                  Be a good person to everyone.

2)                  You decide your own goals and your path in life.

3)                  If it makes you feel good, and it doesn’t hurt anyone else.  Then do it!  “You Decide”

4)                  Mistakes will happen – Learn from them and move on.

5)                  Life is not fair – deal with it the best way you can – but enjoy life.

6)                  Don’t look to be led – ask good questions then “You Decide”!

Nine Commandments (you can have as many or as few as you want)  these are just mine.

1)      Be true to yourself  If you can live with your conscience, then so can your God.

2)      Tell the truth all the time not just when it’s convenient.

3)      Grand children…. As hard as it is, try not to love them more than your own kids.  I didn’t say these were easy commandments.

4)      Never turn down an invitation to do something fun with a friend.  At the end of our life’s we only have our memories and the good times enjoyed with friends and family.

5)      Coveting is a gray area for me because everyone wants something they cannot have but Stealing…  No!!! Not a Gray Area.

6)      Thou shall be positive – Negative people suck.

7)      Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. let’s just walk together for a while and enjoy what life brings next.

8)      Thou shall not harm or kill in the name of God.  If you believe in God and they’re still alive – God doesn’t want them dead so relax.

9)      We believe in the natural healing process. We do not believe in any Government mandatory vaccinations.

I have been asked about tithing

If you want to pay tithing and you think you must to be saved then put 10% of your income or what ever you can part with in the bank and give it to your kids when you pass on.  That way everyone is happy!!
